Give your guest users an easier way to see project progress and track their feedback with the new guest task board.

We've received so many requests for a simplified version of your Task board to help your clients better track the status of their feedback. So, check it out in the video below.

โ€The guest task board is available for all guests on premium plans and above.

Via the guest project board, clients and stakeholders can view:

  • tasks they've created,
  • tasks from other guests,
  • tasks from members that are visible to guests.

Guest users can see feedback they've left in the feedback tab, or the column of the task board their feedback is currently sitting. No need for emails or phone calls regarding the status of tasks.

If you want, you can let guests change the status of tasks, making it easier to close off completed tasks. Prefer not to let guests change the status of tasks? No problem, just disable the toggle in the guest permissions settings.

Need some info to help your clients explore their new project board? Share this article with them, to get them up to speed.

Once again, thank you to everyone who has provided ideas and feedback on how to make collaborating with your clients and stakeholders easier in BugHerd. We really appreciate it!
