Webinar overview

Running profitable web projects at scale is tough. Between endless feedback loops, unclear client communication, and time-consuming revisions, agencies can lose hours every week chasing revisions and approvals instead of delivering value. Clients become frustrated and so do web teams.

In this webinar, BugHerd CEO Stephen Neville will chat with Keenan Beavis and Austin Mallar from Longhouse Branding & Marketing - a highly sought after 7-figure agency based in Vancouver, known for delivering high-quality web and branding projects efficiently and consistently.

They’ll unpack how Longhouse has streamlined its web project workflow, saving over 6 hours per week, delivering websites 2.5 weeks faster, and reducing their time reconciling client feedback by 88%.

The benefits of streamlining their web dev workflow have gone far beyond maximizing efficiency. The frustration experienced by the Longhouse web dev team during projects has now disappeared, and this has had a direct impact on employee retention. They have also increased client satisfaction, with partners who are delighted with how smoothly their web projects run, and who engage Longhouse for other services such as advertising, SEO & AEO, and social media marketing.

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the systems that power Longhouse’s success, and how you can apply the same approach to your own projects to reduce friction with clients, and deliver a smoother, more professional experience.

Who should attend this webinar?

This session is perfect for:

  • Agencies managing multiple web projects who need better systems and workflows
  • Digital agency owners looking to scale efficiently
