Which browsers can I use video feedback with?
You can use video feedback with Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
How long can I record a video using BugHerd?
Video recordings can be up a minute long. BugHerd includes a handy countdown timer, so you don’t unexpectedly run out of time.
Do I need to install anything?
There’s two ways to set BugHerd up to get feedback on a website. You can embed a JavaScript snippet into the “head” of your website or you can install a browser extension to your preferred browser.
Do my visitors/users need to install anything?
If you use the javascript snippet, your visitors and guests won't need to install anything to use video feedback. They just need to accept your invite and sign up as a guest to BugHerd.
Where is the feedback sent?
BugHerd turns the feedback provided into tasks on a kanban style Task Board. Using the Task Board, you can sort, assign and track tasks to completion.
Is BugHerd free?

BugHerd has a free 14 day trial. After that simply subscribe to one of our plans from $39 a month.

Can I send the customer feedback to other tools such as Slack or JIRA?
BugHerd integrates natively with Slack, GitHub and Wordpress. Using Zapier or Integromat, you can integrate BugHerd with thousands of other tools, including Jira, Asana, Trello and many other project management tools.
