No other software required with this complete solution.

BugHerd collects visual feedback, complete with a screenshot, annotation and metadata. Feedback that's ready for the team to action, even from non-technical folk.

Don’t compromise! Capture bugs and manage feedback from start to finish with BugHerd. Pin feedback and comments to the elements on a webpage. BugHerd is the simple alternative to Usersnap, that doesn’t require clients to install browser extensions or handle tricky UI. With a simple point and click, client feedback is done. BugHerd also makes it easier to manage feedback from multiple sources, by combining all feedback into one centralised location.

What’s a bug tracking tool?
A bug tracking tool helps you and your team report bugs and issues in software. BugHerd is a bug tracking and feedback tool that helps you, your team and your clients find bugs and provide feedback on websites and web applications during design, development, testing and ongoing post launch.
What’s a project?
BugHerd uses the term project to describe a piece of work you need to do. You can define how big or small a project can be. So you can create a project for a complete website build, a landing page, or a new online learning course. You can set up a project for each client you work with, or for each stage of a project. BugHerd has no limits on the number of projects you can create providing you with flexibility to divide your work up as you prefer.
Do I need to install anything?
There’s two ways to set BugHerd up to get feedback on a website. You can embed a JavaScript snippet into the “head” of your website or you can install a browser extension to your preferred browser.
Where is the feedback sent?
BugHerd turns the feedback provided into tasks on a kanban style Task Board. Using the Task Board, you can sort, assign and track tasks to completion.
How do I invite others to a project?
You can invite people to join your project to provide feedback and to help resolve feedback. BugHerd has two main user levels, members and guests. Members are able to view the kanban style Task Board and all the bugs and feedback reported. Guests are only able to provide feedback and respond to comments about bugs or feedback they’ve reported.
Can I integrate BugHerd with existing tools?
BugHerd integrates natively with Slack, GitHub and Wordpress. Using Zapier or Integromat, you can integrate BugHerd with thousands of other tools, including Jira, Asana, Trello and many other project management tools.
