Your dedicated Partnership team can provide support materials to help you promote BugHerd. We also provide you with lots of materials on the partnership platform. If you’re creating your own ads, guides and promotional material, please refer to BugHerd’s style guide and associated assets.

Fill out the application form here and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our Partnership team will review your application and once approved, you’ll be able to log in to your account for your unique referral link and start sharing it straight away with your audience.

We use cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.

If one of your referrals subscribes to a BugHerd annual plan, you will earn 20% of the total amount paid.  For example, if someone signs up to an annual Premium plan of $1,490, you will receive a $298 payout.

If a customer you referred to us changes their subscription, your commission will adjust accordingly. Say a customer moves from a Standard plan of $49 to a Premium plan of $149, your payout goes from $9.80/month to $29.80/month.

At the end of each month, your commissions are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe from the 16th of the next month (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions).

Payments are verified and paid out on the 16th of the following month. For example, any commissions earned in February will be paid to you on March 16th.

Yes, your partnership manager is there to help you every step of the way. We also provide resources and marketing materials to help you on your journey. You can access these from your dashboard, but feel free to message your partnership manager anytime.

There’s no cap on how many new customers you can refer.

Partners cannot compete with BugHerd’s ads or use deceptive advertising. Prohibited practices include unsolicited emails, bots, 100% AI generated content, and any ads that violate BugHerd’s brand guidelines. BugHerd reserves the right to warn or terminate partners who violate these terms, which may result in forfeited commissions. For a detailed list, please refer to our guidelines. If you are unsure or have questions about a traffic source, always feel free to reach out to us in advance.

BugHerd offers a 7 day free trial to all new sign ups, and on top of that your individual referral link will trigger an exclusive 20% discount for your referrals during their first 3 months of BugHerd.

If you as an affiliate partner need a longer access to BugHerd than the offered 7 day trial (for example to write a BugHerd review), please contact your partnership manager.

PartnerStack is the platform we use to run the BugHerd affiliate program. Once you have an affiliate marketing account, you will be logging in to PartnerStack to see your clicks, referrals and payouts.
