Do I need to start a free trial?

You won't need to start a new free trial in BugHerd if:
A. You've been asked to give feedback on a website/design with BugHerd
B. You've been asked to join an existing BugHerd project

You should receive an invite in your email. Contact the owner of the BugHerd project if you can't find your invite.

Do I need to install anything?

To give feedback on websites with BugHerd, you will need to either:
A. Get the BugHerd browser extension; or
B. Install the BugHerd Javascript code on your website

Getting the BugHerd browser extension is the simplest method.
We'll remind you to do it once you've accepted the invitation to join an existing BugHerd project.
