A lot has changed at BugHerd, and we wanted to get you up to date with some important changes.

Recently BugHerd’s parent company, Macropod Software Pty Ltd, changed name to Splitrock Studio Pty Ltd.

That means, if you’re a customer, you’ll start seeing Splitrock Studio on your credit card bills and your BugHerd statements. It’s still the same company, we’ve just changed our name.

If you have any questions or concerns about that, don’t hesitate to contact us support@splitrock.studio.

Why have we changed our name?

We’re still working on BugHerd, it’s a great product, but we have plenty of other great ideas as well. We’re proud to announce that we’ve recently taken on some funding to explore some of those ideas.

This means you’ll not only continue to see BugHerd product updates, but you’ll see some new products coming from Splitrock Studio. We’re sticking to our wheelhouse, if you’re in web or app development we recommend you subscribe to the Splitrock mailing list here to stay up to date with what we’re working on.

The future is bright

As is the case with many startups, we’ve been through some tough times, but we’ve come out the other end bigger, better and stronger for it. We have a great team behind us and, with your support, we hope to continue serving your needs for many years to come.

Thanks for your love and support, from the whole Splitrock (and BugHerd) team!
